I have NO idea how rare that "Zipper" copy is , with the"Extra" track....I've never even heard of it existing, but....I am not the "Biggest" cooper collector either..( just the good ol' regular releases will do for me....although I do know of one person who has  about 35 Different versions of "Love it to death"...( just different covers/record labels/country of origin, etc...).

 

Oh..and Good Luck with "DaDa" !!!!.....It certainly takes some getting used to, ...but it is WELL worth the effort!!!! ( ...Some Cooper fans Love it (To Death....ME included...) others are......"...ermm..... Ah well...Hmm...."...   Guess you will  just have to make yer own mind up anyways!!!!

 I had just saw the Movie "True Crime"....excellently acted movie, great story,... but a HONKER of a Plot "Cock up" which I  noticed, and couldn't resolve, even after repeated viewings.....I though I might find an answer there....

On a (Slightly) different theme, the "Liverpool Echo" newspaper has an official forum site, which is ( allegedly) Consistently over-moderated by one particular moderator ( ...If she doesn't agree  personally with what is being said, she wipes WHOLE pages of debate...).

 

So,  some other members started their own "Moderator free" forum, so that free speech could prevail, but it has just degenerated into foul-mouthed cussing and moaning about the old moderator that they started their new forum to get away from!!!

 

I am not really getting at the Admins on here, but a few months ago, the personal insults and downright Rudeness  to others was getting WAY out of hand....LONG before the Mods wiped the thread clean....I know it cannot be easy to check EVERY post on here,  so I guess thats where the likes of me, you, Momma and Wind-up  etc , come in..... 

 

To be fair to trolls though, for a moment.....This IS a site dedicated to one of the most "Outrageous" acts to ever stalk the planet, so I suppose it would be a "Freak Magnet" to some whacko's out there.....

And thank you. I just try and stop the fighting before it does ruin this forum. Your right about the trolls, trolls come here to ruin things, and that is when they have to be stopped, and I think it has been done, for the most part. Every once and awhile some childish troll comes here and slips through, but we all need to unite to stop it, not just me, as sometimes it does look like I am the bad guy. And I definetley don't want to be a "guardian" I am just a member like anyone else here. But I will definetley not let some childish troll ruin things here. And if there is a debate that is getting out of hand, then of course I read both sides and make a stand on it before it does get out of hand. We have to protect what we have here.

 

And the admins don't do it, so the members have to, it seems. And that's fine with me. I think that is what it is supposed to be. One admin can't always be here. It is tough being a Moderator, especially when you are doing it yourself.

I would never say this site is superior to others either, but it is STILL the best I have ever personally found on the 'net,  for fellow members interaction and advice to each other ( AND also to have fun on...)......But thats just MY Opinion.....and I stand by it.

 

"Some" members on here  however, DO seem to get off on trying to be annoying to others  just for the sake of it though,....( posting comments and photo's where they do not belong, and then arguing with others who point out how pointless it was to do so in the first place......some have even been known to be Banned, but  then come back under a different name, and try to start all their old  Trollish STOOPID behaviour  all  over again...)

 

And No, I am NOT carrying a torch to light my "Blind Worship" of Alice Cooper either,  ( Or to Defend his sacred name....Even Most Die-hard Alice fans would admit that he has released some awful ( In THEIR opinion...) Tracks/Albums during his Career ...Like MOST  Long-lasting Bands/Artists have...).

 

I joined this thing because it was a  site that contained a Common interest to me , and THAT is how most friendships start in reality anyway....

 

I don't know about Craig being some kind of "Self appointed" MORALITY guard on here, but he Does seem to have a lot more input on some  "Naughty Posting" that goes on on here than the forums actual administrators do ....and I applaud him for that.

 

I will also make it clear if I disagree with  Rudeness or Nasty behaviour to other users of this site ( Remember, there are Young children  who come here too...).

If that includes Me too being classed as  some kind of "Moral guardian" on here,... then EAT IT.

This place is too precious to be screwed up by  "Screw -ups".

I do agree, as forums go, this isn't anything above others out there. Yes it is friendly, but so are some others as well. I like this forum more than the others, but that is just my taste on it. Others may have different opinions, and that's cool. So I hope no one thinks I am saying for anyone to leave, I was just venting and like Vampi, defending the forum.

This forum has been around for a very long time. If you can't see the whole" family" thing, then some of you really need to feel the spirit of this place. And you are maybe wanting to cause issues here that are not really issues.

 

There are some that do "guard" the forum from waste of time trolls that come here to cause issues. Simple, but yes I will come in, like this, with my opinion. If you don't like my opinion, so be it. I am not god, I am not a know-it-all. I am just a member of this forum like all of you.

 

But don't come here and complain about the forum being slow, and that there is hardly members posting, who the hell cares. The forum has always been like that, and it strives on friendships, and getting along with each other and not going after people here. If you start being nasty, you tend to get the reputation and people will be stand offish with you. It is the way of the world my friends. It is how you behave and actually be civil with others here that gets respect. If you don't show it, your not going to get it in return.

 

You have no idea what family this place really is, because you weren't here along time ago when it was a family atmosphere, where people helped one another out, and we weeded out the stupid trolls that wanted to ruin it for everyone else.

 

Now, it is everyone for themselves, with some great members here that are acting like "family" still, and that is great to see. People can't always post here. Yeah maybe Vampi worded her post in a way that sounded like she was making fun of those that do post here alot. I don't know. I have known Vampi for a long time myself, and I can make an opinion like anyone else can. If someone says something that is wrong, anyone would say it, even a Crony to a Crony, there is no "circles" here.

 

I respect your opinions, I really do. But I don't agree with some of them. If you don't like the forum, why are you still posting here? I would hope your answers would be that there really isn't a big issue with this forum, and maybe your just venting. And that's cool. But if you continue to whine and complain over nothing, then maybe your answer should be, yeah why am I still here?, if I was complaining so much about this forum, I sure as hell wouldn't be here. But the fact that your all here, tells me something. And that is what the forum is all about. Just have fun!!!!! I have no issues with any of you guys. You guys are okay, until you peeve me off, then your going to hear it, just like if anyone doesn't like what I say. Who cares. I laugh about it, just like you guys. Why take things seriously on a forum. That isn't what it is here for. Let's be friends, and enjoy why the forum was made in the beginning.
